Job Description
Temporary Floater Legal Assistant
Seeking a full-time Temporary/Temp-to-Hire Floater Legal Assistant to provide interim coverage and support to the attorneys and the firm. This is a full-time onsite position with the candidate being responsible for carrying out various legal administrative services and supporting different attorneys across multiple practices.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience that includes litigation experience. Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to work in multiple practice areas, and ability to interact effectively with attorneys and clients.

- Strong knowledge of and ability to apply office software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF.
- Ability to coordinate work assignments, prepare legal correspondence and documents, transcribe digital dictation, and organize and maintain files and records.
- Experience with e-filing in New Jersey and New York
