We represt a a Boston law firm is seeking a health care litigation attorney to join its health and human services and litigation practices. The firm serves nonprofit, for-profit, and public clients in areas such as health and human services, real estate, affordable housing, civil litigation, employment, and education.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of litigation experience (health care experience preferred).
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
Ability to think strategically and handle complex work.
Massachusetts bar membership or ability to waive in.
Responsibilities:
Work with clients across the health care sector, including hospitals, community health centers, nursing homes, assisted living, and human service providers.
Handle governance, employment, and compliance matters.
Address survey and certification issues, licensing disputes, peer review, HIPAA and privacy concerns, and labor and employment issues.
