Job Description
Litigation Associate
- Immediately seeking 4 2-3+ year Litigation experienced contract attorneys, any industry and practice to join a Litigation team; Securities and Financial Services law is strongly desired.
- Must be barred in Florida.
- Must have experience across Research, Drafting, Arbitration Review and Discovery; eDiscovery is not necessary but is a plus
- Must have solid written and verbal skills; initial response drafting will be template-driven
- Trial experience a plus and not required
- Consultants should be comfortable working in the office, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment; this is not a siloed position.
