Litigation Paralegal
Qualified candidates should have excellent computer and communication skills, sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
client contact,
preparation of discovery and motions,
case management of files, organization/indexing of client documents, and other tasks as required.
gathering, processing, reviewing, and managing the production of documents and electronically stored information (“ESI”) in connection with litigation is required.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is required.
Paralegal certification is strongly preferred.
Minimum 7+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience
