The Panther Group is seeking Mechanical Assemblers for a short-term manufacturing opportunity with a growing company in Franklin, MA. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on assembly experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.
Assemblers will be responsible for building small pneumatic and electrical enclosures while following work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Available Shifts
1st Shift – 7:00 AM start
2nd Shift – 2:30 PM start
Key Responsibilities
Assemble pneumatic and electrical enclosures according to work instructions and specifications
Cut, measure, and install tubing within enclosures
Install tubing using quick connectors, screw elbow connectors, and related components
Utilize hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, and pliers
Perform basic quality inspections on completed assemblies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support additional production and assembly needs as assigned
Qualifications
Prior manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
