Job Description


We are seeking Electo-Mechanical Assembly Technicians for a client located in the greater Worcester, MA, area.  This is a growning team and a great opportunity for you to learn and develop in your career.    

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly: Perform mechanical assembly of subassemblies using hand and/or power tools.

  • Final Assembly: Assemble control panels and equipment, including point-to-point wiring from wire run lists and electrical schematics.

  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies to ensure functionality and quality.

  • Collaboration: Work with other Production Technicians and Engineering teams to identify and implement improvements to assembly-related documentation and processes.

  • Documentation: Ensure adherence to work order protocols and accurately complete work order paperwork as tasks are performed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in electro-mechanical assembly.
