Manufacturing Returns Coordinator Franklin, MA | 1st Shift | Up to $27/hour DOE Overview Are you experienced in manufacturing returns, RMAs, order processing, or supply chain coordination? We're seeking a highly organized Manufacturing Returns Coordinator (RMA Coordinator) to oversee the end-to-end return process for manufactured products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating across multiple departments, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer support in a manufacturing environment.

This position offers the opportunity to join a growing manufacturing organization with the potential to become a permanent employee after a successful contract period. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer return requests (RMAs).
  • Review warranty status and determine the appropriate return or repair process.
  • Process RMAs, Return Authorizations (RAs), Repair Orders, Replacement Orders, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors to obtain RMAs, warranty approvals, and repair authorizations.
  • Create and manage vendor return authorizations (VRAs) and repair purchase orders.
  • Track open returns and proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Partner with warehouse personnel to coordinate receiving, inspection, repair, replacement, and shipment of returned products.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Purchasing, Accounting, and Customer Service.
  • Process credits, invoices, repair estimates, and customer approvals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the ERP system.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in manufacturing, RMA/returns processing, order processing, logistics, supply chain, purchasing, inventory control, materials coordination, or production support.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • NetSuite or another ERP system preferred.
  • Experience with manufacturing returns, warranty claims, vendor returns, or repair coordination preferred.
  • High School Diploma required (Associate's Degree preferred).
