Seeking a Content Specialist to build and implement a Wealth Management thought leadership content platform that drives the brand theme. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a wealth management thought leadership content program that increases awareness of the wealth management business, drives engagement with financial advisors, amplifies the brand theme and positions the company as a leader in the industry.
The role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with the marketing team, executives, and wealth management, and various internal and external subject matter experts to create compelling content and initiatives.
The target clients include high net worth individuals, business owners as well as institutional clients to offer wealth management, capital markets and investment banking services, however, the Content Specialist will focus on the wealth management business and will also consider opportunities to collaborate across the businesses to demonstrate the benefits of the business portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a content calendar that includes thought leadership pieces, articles, case studies, social media content, events, and other marketing collateral that aligns with the brand theme.
- Research, develop and bring to market a wealth management focused podcast and video series
- Develop and implement thought leadership initiatives: articles, infographics, social media and email marketing.
- Manage the content creation process from ideation to publication, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities and engage with external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of unique thought leadership initiatives.
- Once key thought leadership themes are established, develop a thought leadership event series that can be delivered in key markets and includes an event in a box option for branch managers and financial advisors to leverage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on developing and implementing content strategies.
- Experience in financial services, high net worth and luxury industries preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute communications and marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to write thought leadership pieces, blogs, case studies, white papers, social media posts and other marketing collateral that aligns with the brand theme.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with subject matter experts and executives to create content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy, implementation and overall decision-making.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing best practices to optimize content distributed digitally.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in video and podcasting scripting/planning highly desirable
- Passion for staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI
