Job Description

Our client is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to join the business development and marketing teams as a key member responsible for planning and executing a variety of business development and client-focused events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manages all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial request through post-event follow-up.
  • Develops timelines and keeps stakeholders informed throughout each stage of the process.
  • Researches and recommends venues across various locations; coordinates site visits as needed.
  • Manages venue logistics, including contracts, menus, AV, and other event details with internal approvals.
  • Partners with marketing and communications teams to manage invitations, guest lists, RSVPs, name tags, and collateral.
  • Leads onsite execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinates pre- and post-event meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintains vendor and venue relationships; regularly researches and shares new venue options.
  • Provides support for sponsored events and branded merchandise, including inventory and swag.
  • Assists with keeping promotional materials and online store offerings current and relevant.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2–3 years of event planning or marketing experience in a client-facing, fast-paced setting; experience in professional services is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Positive, collaborative team player with a client-service mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with content management systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings/evenings as needed.
  • Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office.
