Job Description

  • Manage Day to Day operations within NetSuite
  • Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, support and troubleshooting activities related to back-end system management and front-end user portal
  • Be a key contributor in helping to standardize NetSuite functionalities across all business lines
  • Drive automation of core functions and ad hoc functions as they arise
  • Be a key contributor with the identification of a procurement / Account’s Payable solution across the global implementation
  • Automate onboarding and offboarding of users leveraging UKG
  • Management integrations to ensure availability across global network
  • Manage NetSuite Support queue and escalations to Partner or NetSuite directly as needed.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across the platform and communicate status in a timely manner based on predefined SLAs
  • Can create configurations and customizations in NetSuite to meet business needs.
  • Can provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system.
  • Can exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Can confidently provide support and user training across departments.
  • Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model.
  • Can demonstrate experience with CRM or ERP systems.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or comparable experience
  • Minimum of 10 years working in finance/accounting systems administration with minimum of 3-5 years working with NetSuite, including ERP, eCommerce, CRM, and Project Management
  • Experience managing complex IT projects
  • EDI/API experience, including integrating with 3rd party applications
  • SuiteScript Experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work & communicate with NetSuite Support to implement new customizations & integrations.
  • Has the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines
  • Has exceptional written and verbal communication skill
