Job Description
The Panther Group has an immediate need for an Operation Specialist for our client. This position is a hybrid role working 3 days per week in Pittsfield, MA and 2 days per week from home (Mondays & Fridays).
Summary:
As an associate working as an Operation Specialist, you will play a key role and work within multiple teams assisting with daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
Pay Rate: $18.00-$18.50

Responsibilities:
- This position will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative functions
- Take responsibility within office printing and mailing
- Assist with payment processing & review
- Work with primarily in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across a variety of tasks
- Capability to effectively communicate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word and creating Excel spreadsheets
Pay Rate: $18.00-$18.50
