Job Description
- Process incoming checks for deposit across multiple bank accounts
- Cross-reference claim numbers and match checks to the appropriate accounts
- Accurately enter payment information into internal systems
- Utilize online banking portals to complete and confirm deposits
- Perform batch matching and ensure all transactions are reconciled correctly
Payment Processing Specialist Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Req
- Prior experience in payment processing or related financial operations
- Proficiency with Excel for tracking and data entry
- Experience using banking portals for check deposits
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
