Job Description
We are an Award Winning Personal Injury Firm and we are currently looking for an experienced Paralegal with previous personal injury experience to join our team. We have excellent benefits with top tier compensation. Please come join our growing firm.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Paralegal experience
- 3+ years of personal injury, plaintiff experience
- Knowledge of TRCP and FRCP rules which apply to trial preparation
- Experience ordering medical records, responding to clients, scheduling deposition, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Managing litigation dockets by taking ownership of your files
- Managing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assisting attorneys in preparation for hearings and trials
- Investigating and fact-finding for cases
- Assisting in preparing legal documents such as legal arguments, motions, contracts and agreements
