Job Description

Personal Injury Paralegal
Seeking an experienced (5 years +) Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal for a fast-paced New Jersey-based law firm. Will assist attorneys with case planning, development, and management, legal research, scheduling depositions and interviewing clients, gathering facts and retrieving information, and drafting and analyzing legal documents.
Must:

know New Jersey and New York personal injury law.
be able to work independently, be a team player, and be able to multi-task.
be able to work on all phases of litigation from the inception of suit to trial including e-filing and handling attorney calendars.
possess excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and interact well with clients.
have experience working with PI Software, knowledge of Needles Software is strongly desired and given preference

DOE, targeted base salary of $85k
