Job Description

Our client, a financial institution, is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to join their team to help execute a new mission-critical program.

Responsibilities:

Identify and address the root causes of issues, engaging early and comprehensively.
Leverage automation tools to streamline and eliminate recurring issues.
Conduct thorough investigations to understand all facets of a problem.
Translate complex problems into manageable improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
8+ years of related experience
Proficient in CI/CD automation, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS), SDLC, Python, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible, demonstrating versatility across a range of technologies.
Demonstrated exceptional communication and documentation skills.
Advanced understanding of AWS capabilities, focusing on the management and impact of IaC resources through Terraform.
Proficiency in using git and SDLC.
Proficiency in using Linux/UNIX systems.
High proficiency in IaC, ideally Terraform, in both development and automation capacities.
Experience and competency in using containerized systems.
