Job Description
Work under general direction of Purchasing Supervisor/Manager and as instructed by upper-level Procurement Assistant where guidelines are not established.
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent plus one (1) year of specialized instruction in generalized office procedures and at least six (6) months of related experience; or a High School diploma or equivalent plus two (2) years of related experience.
- Engage on supplier calls
- Open order requests from suppliers
- Data-View updates
- Constraints management
- Non-Conformances (NC) – single point of contact
- Invoice issues / resolution
- Procurement buyer interaction
- Direct telephone and e-mail requests for general inquiries and routine instructions.
- File/compile information as required.
