The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and facilitating the req to check process, as well as the VMS tools in support of multiple client programs and providing key support to the client management teams.
Responsible for:
Supporting the operational requirements for MSP Programs
Completing in take calls with managers
Conducting market rate analysis for new requisitions
Conducting kick-off calls with client manager and supplier partners
Completing candidate review, ensuring quality candidate submittals and shortlisting the best candidates
Ensure job requisitions have a sufficient candidate pool and are filled promptly.
Presenting qualified candidates
Facilitate the interview process
Managing supplier partners to ensure requisition fulfillment
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and supplier partners, ensuring requisition fulfillment metrics are met
Manage new contingent worker on-boarding requirements collaborating with suppliers and client managers to meet requirements.
Oversee contingent worker orientation, counseling, and terminations as needed
Job Posting Creation within VMS
Monitor and mange requisition approvals for job requisitions
Extend offers for contingent workers and create work orders in VMS
Process extension requests in VMS
Complete statement of work updates in VMS
Generate reports from predefined templates
Facilitate end user training of the VMS Tools
Other VMS tasks as assigned
Responsible for SharePoint document management
Generating regular client presentations
Fostering client relationships
Coordinate, develop, and maintain supplier relationships
May assist in delivery of training sessions and new worker orientation and follow up
Special projects as assigned
Other tasks as assigned
Minimum requirements:
Minimum of (2) years of proven experience in customer service in combination with human resources related activities such as recruiting/ staffing, customer relationship management, business development, and supplier and contractor management.
The ability to multitask, shift focus from one priority to the next, and are self-motivated
Able to problem solve independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Previous experience with Microsoft office with strong excel experience
Experience with continuous improvement
Preferred experience:
Previous VMS Experience such as Fieldglass, VNDLY, or Beeline
