Project Administrator (Onsite)
We are seeking a Project Administrator for a full-time, onsite role (5 days/week) supporting project administration, proposal production, and office operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong Adobe InDesign and administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain projects in Microsoft Dynamics
Update opportunity pipeline (open, won, lost)
Create and edit proposals using Adobe InDesign (required)
Prepare qualifications packages, resumes, and project materials
Ensure proposal branding and coordination across offices
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
Assist with office events and general office operations
Qualifications
Experience as a Project Administrator, Proposal Coordinator, or Administrative Coordinator
Advanced Adobe InDesign required
Experience supporting proposals or marketing teams
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours (typical start after 8 AM)
Location: Onsite, 5 days/week
Pay Rate: Up to $32.00/hour, depending on experience
