Our team is looking for a Program Manager to help us establish a centralized approach to our intake through delivery portfolio and to contribute to the growth and evolution of our portfolio of projects. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, for Enterprise Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for managing the curation and backlog of our portfolio of Data and Analytics projects from conception through delivery, post-delivery and value realization. The body of work includes but is not limited to large transformation initiatives, smaller RTE / BAU projects and cross impacted enterprise-wide initiatives.

Someone who has sufficient expertise in project management – both business and technical, as well as process reengineering, business transformation and analytics. Experienced and comfortable leading highly visible, large, complex initiatives, A strategic thinker, proactive player, trusted advisor, and self-directed professional who inspires others to do the right thing and be their best selves.

The Qualified Candidate has:
• 7+ years related project and program leadership experience
• 2+ years related to managing projects in customer data & customer engagement domain
• BS or BA required
• PMP Certification preferred
• Experience with industry tools: Clarity PPM, JIRA, AgileCraft, ATIIM, etc.
• Demonstrated hands on leadership of large-scale process development/improvement initiatives
• Experience with and understanding of concepts of Organizational Change Management
• A client focus with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working independently and/or in a team environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and information research skills.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on accuracy.
• The ability to remain flexible due to changing business needs.
• Ability to synthesize metrics and understand their importance in achieving business goals
• Able to see the “big picture”, and influence, engage others to meet common goal
• Follows through on commitments; holds self accountable for taking the necessary initiative to deliver high quality and timely results.
• An expert understanding of project management terminology, concepts, processes& tools, with an ability to creatively apply these to projects, without increasing risk

The Qualified Candidate will:
• Provide Facilitation & Stakeholder Management: Client focus and demonstrate the ability to manage relationships and expectations. Influencing, collaborating, and partnering with several diverse stakeholder functions, through effective communication. Bring clarity to complex situations to help better define scope and other areas of ambiguity. Understands and communicates the vision of others; translates organizational goals into actionable plans. Manage the perception and messaging around the initiative, with a focus on those that will be impacted by what the initiative seeks to accomplish. Work closely with projects owner, business sponsor and technical leader.
• Influence Process Development: Work with Data and Analytics leadership and enterprise leaders to evolve processes, practices, tools, and templates to support overall portfolio management, enable innovative problem solving, change management and implementation of new ways of doing business across the enterprise. .
• Schedule/Time Management: Manage initiatives of varying duration across different teams, Agile Release Trains, and business areas. Ensure that appropriate resourcing and delivery commitment is met. Establish & maintain key milestone delivery plan (and whatever detail is needed based on the initiative). Monitor project progress against commitment. Ensure that project resource time estimates are accurately reflected in the corporate project management tool, to facilitate reporting on actuals for cost estimates.
