The Panther Group has an immediate need for a W2 Contract To Hire (Temp To Perm), Project Delivery Manager. This role does not permit C2C or third-party's to apply. This role does not permit visas or sponsorship now or in the future.
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Delivery Manager to join their team, in a remote capacity, and lead the delivery of innovative Customer Care technology projects.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest level of quality.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of IT and Customer Care projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.
- Act as the primary client contact, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and solutions.
- Lead projects in a Scrum environment, driving short-cycle, iterative workstreams (typically ~3 months).
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product managers, and account managers to align on goals.
- Guide teams through Agile practices, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with demanding stakeholders, navigating challenges with professionalism and resilience.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting for leadership and client visibility.
- 10+ years of project management experience with end-to-end solution delivery.
- Strong Agile/Scrum expertise (Scrum certification required; PMP certification highly desirable).
- Technical background with the ability to engage with developers and translate technical details for stakeholders.
- Understanding and ability to communicate with developers creating API’s for call center integrations.
- Hands-on experience in Customer Care / Contact Center systems, including:
- CRM: Salesforce (Zendesk a plus)
- Telephony: Amazon Connect (Genesys or equivalent acceptable)
- Bots & Chat workflows
- Reporting systems
- Proficiency with Jira (task boards, backlogs) and Confluence (documentation).
- Advanced MS Office 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with ability to create Gantt charts and visual project plans.
- Strong client relationship skills—able to manage demanding customers with confidence, adaptability, and clear communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology discipline preferred.
