Job Description

Experience and Education: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
2.Skills and Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of property management principles and regulations, and proficiency in property management software as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Knowing pilera is a plus. 
3.Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include assisting in managing the daily operations of the properties, which encompasses tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and vendor management. Ensure all property policies and regulations are adhered to.
4.Financial Acumen: Requires experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and condo fee collection, along with the ability to assist/ analyze financial statements
5.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and staff.
6.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address owner concerns and maintenance issues effectively.
7.Organization and Time Management: Should be highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks and properties simultaneously.
8.Certifications (Optional): Possession of a relevant IREM/ CAI certification or any relevant degrees/ certificates is a plus
9.Physical Requirements: The role involves inspecting properties, which may include navigating different terrains and occasionally lifting moderate weight.
10.Flexibility and Adaptability: Willing to attend evening board meetings.
