Quality Inspector
Essential Functions:
Pay Rate: Up to $25.00 W2 per hour depending on experience

Essential Functions:
- Conduct detailed inspections of assemblies, parts, and finished products, maintaining very close limits and tolerances.
- Use precision measuring instruments to perform high-grade inspection work and exercise sound judgment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and gauges to ensure product compliance.
- Perform incoming, electroplating, and final inspections as required.
- Review drawings and procedures as needed (with guidance on company-specific methods, such as Company procedures).
- Ensure parts and products conform to quality requirements and document findings in inspection reports.
- Analyze non-conforming parts/products to determine root cause and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Learn and properly use various measurement tools, electronic test devices, mechanical gauges, and other hand tools for quality verification.
- Access and utilize internal electronic databases to retrieve relevant documentation, track design changes, and maintain accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
Pay Rate: Up to $25.00 W2 per hour depending on experience
