Job Description
QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN
The Panther Group has an immediate need for a Quality Control Technician in the Chelmsford, MA area.
Responsibilities:
The Panther Group has an immediate need for a Quality Control Technician in the Chelmsford, MA area.
Responsibilities:
- Inspects components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products for conformance to established work instruction, industry standards, drawings, etc., using low / high power microscopes, test equipment, and hand-held inspection tools.
- Will enter inspection results into QMS and MRP systems, and work with engineering to report and detail non-conformances.
- 3 years inspection experience.
- Microscope visual inspection experience.
- ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) training / awareness.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Use of inspection hand tools.
- Ability to follow work instructions.
- Defense Industry
- SAP Quality Module
- AS9100
- Mil-STD-883
- IPC-610
- J-STD-001 (ACTIVE CERTIFICATION PREFERRED)
- Clean Room
- FOD
- High School diploma / GED required.
