Job Description
The Panther Group is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience inspecting electrical and mechanical components who thrive in a structured, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection of incoming electrical and mechanical components against drawings and specifications
Inspect finished assemblies to ensure conformance to customer drawings, specifications, and internal manufacturing documentation
Support and implement tooling and equipment maintenance programs
Maintain logs and documentation related to the Equipment and Tooling Preventative Maintenance Program
Maintain accurate and detailed inspection and quality records
Assist with the reporting, documentation, and processing of non-conforming materials
Support continuous improvement initiatives and Quality Management System projects
Assist in training production personnel on quality standards and procedures
Qualifications
Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement equipment
Knowledge of preventative maintenance documentation practices
