Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering is required
EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of professional experience in Quality, Process, or a related field.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products in coordination with the Quality Technician to verify conformance with specifications and deliverables
- Participate in MRB meetings and product dispositions.
- Assist operations team in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels for CSR (corporate social responsibility), environmental, and health and safety goals/KPIs
- Investigate product complaints and reported quality issues through PDCA and 8D to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Maintain Corrective and Preventative Action (CPAR) process to ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identified solution is in place and effective.
- Ensure Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) are effective and resolved in a timely manner.
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and use problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development teams
- Provide training and support for the Quality Management System; Quality systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data leading to continuous improvement of Company and Customer quality.
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment
- Collaborate with Department Managers to maintain, create, & revise QMS documentation as necessary to maintain ISO 9001 registration.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products or software
- Assist operations in conducting First Article Inspections (FAIs) and customer product verification reports / FAIs
- Conduct Supplier and / or Internal Audits as needed.
- Complete customer compliance requests
- Provide Quality Engineering support for all facilities as needed.
EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of professional experience in Quality, Process, or a related field.
