Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Inspect components throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications.
- Perform in-process, receiving, and final inspections using a variety of gauges and measuring equipment.
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and inspection documents.
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
- Set up basic inspection equipment and follow established sampling plans.
- Identify quality concerns and communicate them to the production team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with training team members as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Good math skills and the ability to learn new inspection techniques and equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions (preferred).
- Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Good hand dexterity and near/far vision for inspecting components.
