Quality Technician
Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about quality? Join our team as a Quality Technician and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You’ll work closely with manufacturing, design, and engineering teams, helping to troubleshoot issues, perform inspections, and improve processes.

You’ll work closely with manufacturing, design, and engineering teams, helping to troubleshoot issues, perform inspections, and improve processes.
What You’ll Do:

Work with manufacturing, design, purchasing, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

Assist with Defective Material Reports (DMR) including containment, disposition, and corrective action investigations.

Troubleshoot mechanical assembly challenges.

Participate in Lean (5S), Six Sigma, and Kaizen Blitz improvement activities.

Perform First Article, In-Process, Receiving, and Final Inspections.

Document and complete test reports according to customer requirements.
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a related field.

Experience inspecting mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies.

Ability to read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and perform mechanical testing.

Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong team player.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers, vendors, and engineers.

Experience in AS9100 or Lean Six Sigma environments is a plus.

Salary: $49,900 – $62,400 per year |
Hourly Pay rate: $23.55 – $29.80 / hour W2  Depending on Experience
