Job Description
REMOTE BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
MUST LIVE IN TEXAS
PROJECT HOURS: Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7 AM - 7:30 PM EST Monday-Friday
Position Summary
The program provides health and dental coverage for eligible children 5-18 for any income level. Â Â The program has a subsidized plan for families who exceed the income eligibility threshold for Medicaid, as well as full-pay options available for those who do not qualify for subsidized care.
The program provides comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits through participating plans. Families pay a monthly premium, and the program subsidizes the remaining cost of coverage. The Call Center provides callers with an unbiased presentation of programs to assist Customers with application and eligibility requirements and program questions, transferring callers to other Call Center units as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding their accounts, providing accurate information in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and efficiently, escalating as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Utilize the company’s CRM system to track customer interactions and ensure accuracy of data
- Follow established procedures for handling customer requests, including order processing, billing, and returns
- Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions on how to improve customer experience
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication
- Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on new policies and procedures
- Provide support to other departments when necessary

- Windows 10 or higher laptop or desktop, ethernet cable, camera, and a wired headset     Â
- NO CHROMEBOOKS OR MACBOOKS
PAY RATE: $14/hr
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 0 - 1 years of experience.
- This position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Creole.
