Job Description

The Panther Group is seeking 1st Shift & 2nd Shift REMOTE Bilingual Member Service Representatives for our client in the Worcester, MA area. Eligible candidates must live within a driving distance of the of the Worcester, MA area as you pick up the equipment on the 1st day employment.

RESPONSIBILITES

Receive incoming calls to address concerns and utilize the tools and resources the company has provided to assist in providing resolution and / or additional resources for callers.
Ability to navigate through the tools and resources and stay on script when assisting callers.
Demonstrate professionalism while dealing with external callers and internal teammates.

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST have at minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
MUST have previous experience working remote
Prefer bilingual candidates that are fluent in English and Spanish
Ability to train for at least 6 weeks with no time off requested granted
Medical terminology knowledge is a plus
Technically savvy - ability to work on multiple screens and systems with ease and able to learn new software quickly
Must complete and pass assessments to be qualified to interview
Live within a 60 mile radius of the Worcester, MA
