Job Description

Responsibilities: 
You’re an out-going people person, leader, and problem solver. You’re passionate about residential living, connecting with the community and creating experiences for residents that bring both of these together. You’re a quick thinker and thrive in a fast-paced environment, yet your obsession for details positions you perfectly for this second in command role in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Achieving resident & client satisfaction by striving to ensure every resident interaction is positive.
• Respectfully coaching and mentoring team members when the RSM is not present.
• Attend team/client meetings when necessary.
• Assist with administrative duties.
• Work order management.
• Team/ new hire training.
• Coordinate resident needs and requests, package logistics, reservations, service orders, etc.
• Special project assignments when needed.
• Understanding of physical asset design, operations and/or building systems is very helpful.

• Seeking out opportunities to get to know and understand your residents

Requirements: 
2+ years of experience in customer service management, hospitality, or retail industries
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• A sharp professional appearance
• Proficiency with industry software, apps, and computer programs

Hours: Monday - Friday 3-11pm
