Job Description
Revenue Operations Associate
Location: NY-New York
Responsibilities:
- Review medical documentations to ensure compliance with HIPPA
- Prepare and mail medical documentation request/ appeals to Insurance carriers for adjudication
- Review and distribute incoming/outgoing departmental correspondence
- Prepare and Upload (Scan/Index) Patient Revenue Documents in RAM P8 application
- Data Entry
- Assist with all aspects of Primary/Secondary Billing responsibilities
- Review and process charge edits from Interface Reports
- Ad hoc projects as needed
- Attention to detail
- Strong Organizational skills
- Possess the ability to maintain accuracy and production under pressure
- Strong communication, both written and verbally
- A high school diploma/GED is required
- At least 1 years of relevant experience
