Robotic Technician

Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up, program and operate Robotic Equipment and inspect components
- Troubleshoot the production process, including tooling and equipment.
- Assist the resolution of quality issues.
- Ensure the work area maintains a safe and clean environment.
- Become familiar with specific customer and industry specifications/requirements and ensure these are maintained at all times.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with 3+ years of production process experience. Associates degree, preferred.
- Must have experience in a manufacturing environment, semiconductor/electronics preferred.
- Experience with surface mount technology, including hand soldering, preferred.
- Mechanically-inclined, capable of adjusting equipment setup based on visual inspection of the finished product and understanding of the process.
- Excellent manual dexterity and eyesight to make fine alignment changes to tooling and work with small components.
- Experience working with a microscope.
Standards/Skills
- Perform quality work at a fast pace, with minimal supervision.
- Work overtime, as requested.
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions and read basic mechanical drawings.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with ESD controls, component cleanliness and soldering
- Understand basic mechanical mechanisms and electrical wiring and work directly on equipment.
- Attention to detail.
