SAP Integrations Analyst

Job Description


The Panther Group is seeking an experienced SAP Integrations Analyst to support payroll and finance integrations within an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll environment. Not open to C2C or third party agencies. No Visa sponsorship for this role. Must be able to get a US Security Clearance if required. 

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong functional and technical expertise in SAP integrations, testing, and payroll data reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and integration specifications, including data mapping and legacy system reconciliation.

  • Maintain and update documentation for payroll data feeds, including time & attendance, benefits, tax, and third-party provider integrations.

  • Design, build, and execute functional and user acceptance test (UAT) scripts.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll integration defects, coordinating troubleshooting, triage, and resolution with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.

  • Adhere to change management and control procedures for all system integration updates.

  • Provide clear, business-focused communication and reporting to project leadership and the Integrations Manager.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce processing time, and improve overall data quality.
Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and maintaining payroll and finance integrations in SAP environments, including ABAP, SAP BW, and SAP BusinessObjects.

  • 5+ years of experience creating functional specifications, performing data reconciliation, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

  • 4+ years of experience designing and executing functional and integration test plans.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred Skills

  • Technical knowledge of APIs, middleware, or scripting tools such as SQL, Power Query, or Python is a plus.


Pay is $90 to $101.45 per hour DOE
