SEPv4 Integration Infrastructure & Test Engineer
This position focuses on integration support for the Abrams SEPv4 vehicle electronic system.This engineer will be responsible for:
1. Analyzing test plans and electronic system design information for testability needs
2. Developing integration benchtop capabilities per the Integration Lead's direction:
a. Dynamic system modeling using tools such as MatLab / Simulink and NI Veristand
b. Generating network stimuli using tools such as Vector CANoe
c. Developing Windows-based software applications via Visual Studio .NET
3. Developing integration life-cycle capabilities, including, but not limited to:
a. Interface management systems
b. Inventory management systems
c. Autocode generation
4.Developing test scripts using tools such as NI TestStand
5. Statusing integration test progress on a regular basis
6. Regular collaboration with the Program Management, System Engineering, Subsystems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and Software Engineering teams
Position Requirements BS in Electrical Engineeringrequired with a minor in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (preferred)
Experience testing embedded software
Experience developing test applications in NI Veristand, Vector CANoe, Simulink, NI TestStand, or equivalent technology
Experience developing or working with relational databases
Experience developing with MS Visual Studio .NET
Experience developing in Visual Basic, C#, or C++
Experience using Wireshark
Experience with reading and understanding electrical schematics
Working knowledge of HIL, signal conditioning, simulation, and data acquisition
Familiarity with standards such as PCAP, PTP, and PRP
