Our client, a leading life sciences organization, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a high-volume commercial team. This role focuses on quote generation, Salesforce management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and accurate customer support.

Responsibilities
Manage incoming quote requests via shared sales inboxÂ
Create opportunities and generate quotes in Salesforce (CPQ required)Â
Send quotes directly to customers while partnering with Business Development ManagersÂ
Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, revisions, and quote details (primarily via email)Â
Apply standard pricing adjustments; escalate non-standard requests as neededÂ
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely turnaround on all quotesÂ
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, customer service) to support order flowÂ
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or quotingÂ
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (required)Â
Proven ability to manage high-volume quoting workflowsÂ
Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsÂ
Excellent written communication skillsÂ
Experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences highly desired
