Job Description
Job Title: Security Identity Management | Security Access Management (SIM SAM) Engineer Senior
The Panther Group is hiring a Contract To Hire, SIM SAM Senior Engineer with one of our partners, a large heath insurance company.
**Must Have:
Specifically:
1. IBM Security Verify Governance V10
2. IBM Security Verify Access V10
3. AWS Active Directory/LDAP (a plus)
4. Scripting experience
5. Reverse Proxy
6. System for Cross-domain Identity Management – SCIM (nice to have)
Additional:
• Display willingness to learn new skills.
• Works under general direction. Independently determines and develops an approach to solutions.
• Be reliable
• BA or BS degree w/ 5 - 8 years of related experience

- ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) 7.0.1.12
- ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) 7.0.1.14
- ISAM (IBM Security Access Manager) 9.0.7.1
- Security Directory Integrator 7.2
- Security Directory Server (LDAP) 6.4
- Design plans to manage web software and server build outs and tuning, including planning and design sessions. Identify and implement monitoring solutions for key components.
- Perform operational support including security management, scheduling, error recovery, patching, upgrading, monitoring, change and incident management.
- Work closely with Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, Business teams and Project Managers.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolution.
- Develop custom assembly-line scripts
- Identifies and implements process improvements.
- Has strong experience in IAM applications, hardware and networking.
- Has developed a broad and deep expertise in software, hardware, data structures, and communications technology across multiple platforms.
- Competent to work at a high technical level of all phases of middleware activities.
- Excellent trouble shooting skills and comfortable to speak up to give opinion and direction
- Be part of a team that provides 24x7 operational support
- Production support on-call rotation
