Senior Marketing Analyst
In this role, you will partner with digital strategists to
improve the customer experience across brand touchpoints while also creating the foundations for a more data-driven culture. This role offers a unique opportunity to inform the strategies that will drive our marketing forward.
You will be part of a growing digital team responsible for creating and implementing data-driven, tailored experiences for valuable audience segments. Expect to lead and participate in creating the best possible user experience on the website - from defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives to delivering performance reports with actionable insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Integrate data and insights from multiple sources to drive holistic business recommendations and aid strategy development, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of user behaviors
• Create and manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting and analysis, translating data findings into strategic recommendations for improving user experiences and personalization campaigns
• Elevate audience insights to inform a/b testing initiatives and refine segmentation strategies, aiming to improve desire business outcomes across the entire customer journey
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by rigorously validating findings, structuring reports, and presenting insights in clear, actionable formats that drive decision-making
• Create and manage dashboards that highlight vital metrics, delivering comprehensive wrap decks to articulate insights and opportunities
• Play a critical role in evolving our reporting processes, setting new standards for tracking performance over time to understand overall effectiveness
• Provide thought partnership on Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics matters, acting as a strategic partner in guiding the organization towards data-driven decision-making
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5-6 years of proven experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on behavioral data analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize sophisticated information and convey complex ideas in an accessible manner
• Experience in data work and are able to approach challenges with a strategic and analytical mindset, utilizing data as a primary driver for informed decision-making and problem-solving
• An intrapreneurial mindset, seeking out ways to continuously improve both what is produced and how work gets done
• A highly organized approach to managing data, insights, and reports and make it easy to replicate analyses, track changes over time, and provide accessible insights for cross-functional partners.
• Experience with Paid, Owned and Earned marketing channels
• Working knowledge of common marketing analytics tools, with an emphasis on web/mobile analytics (Google Analytics, Heap) and data visualization (excel, Microsoft PowerBI is a plus).
• An understanding of relational databases and supporting concepts; including granularity, keys, joins, and transformations.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and basic web technology concepts
