Job Description
The Panther Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Digital Test Technician to support advanced electronic systems programs in Hudson, NH. This is a hands-on, senior-level role working in a research, development, and production environment with cutting-edge RF and electronic systems.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced technician who can independently troubleshoot, test, and improve complex systems while supporting engineering teams on high-impact projects.
What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced RF testing, troubleshooting, and debug of complex electronic systems
- Support engineering teams in R&D, production, and system development environments
- Develop and execute test procedures and test plans
- Analyze test results and recommend design improvements and system enhancements
- Work with advanced RF test equipment, including:
- Network analyzers
- Spectrum analyzers
- Oscilloscopes
- Signal generators
- Modify, build, and evaluate electronic circuits and assemblies
- Select and evaluate components based on performance requirements and environmental conditions
- Compile and present technical data to support engineering decisions
- 4+ years of experience in RF testing, troubleshooting, and debug
- Strong experience with complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems
- Ability to develop test procedures and analyze system performance
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment and instrumentation
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits and component selection
- Ability to work independently and support multiple technical priorities
- Active DoD Secret Clearance REQUIRED to start
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Willingness to support occasional off-shift or weekend work
- Associate’s degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or related field OR equivalent experience / military technical training
