Job Description
The Panther Group is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to support full lifecycle talent acquisition for a large-scale, fast-paced organization. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recruiting professional with deep experience in national, multi-location recruiting, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, and full-cycle recruiting execution.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in high-volume, high-quality recruiting environments and can successfully partner with hiring leaders to attract top talent across a broad range of roles.
What You’ll Do Full Lifecycle Recruiting
- Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for a wide variety of positions across multiple markets and locations
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define:
- Job responsibilities
- Required qualifications
- Preferred skillsets
- Recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using advanced sourcing and behavioral interviewing techniques
- Partner with sourcing teams to develop innovative pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Review resumes and assess candidate alignment with business needs
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership
- Guide candidates through the interview process with detailed preparation and expectation-setting
- Present compelling company and role information to candidates
- Extend offers in alignment with compensation guidelines and hiring protocols
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation and ATS records
- Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and market intelligence
- Introduce and support innovative recruiting concepts and process improvements
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and quality standards
- 4–6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting across:
- National markets
- Multi-location organizations
- Diverse role types
- Strong expertise in:
- Candidate sourcing
- Behavioral interviewing
- ATS systems
- Hiring manager partnership
- Compliance and documentation
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn systems, technical concepts, and business operations
- Strong initiative, judgment, and adaptability
- AIRS certification
- Engineering recruiting experience
- Manufacturing recruiting experience
- Experience building partnerships with:
- Training centers
- Workforce development organizations
- Employment centers
- High School Diploma required
- Additional recruiting certifications or advanced education a plus
