The Panther Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Technical / Functional Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Demand Planning (PP), Supply Chain (MM), ABAP, and SQL. Not open to C2C or third party agencies. No Visa sponsorship for this role. Must be able to get a US Security Clearance if required. 

This role will provide technical leadership, solution design, and hands-on development for enterprise-scale SAP initiatives supporting demand planning, supply chain operations, and data integration.

This position is fully remote, however U.S. Citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional leadership on SAP demand planning and supply chain initiatives.

  • Lead solution design and architecture direction for data and integration projects.

  • Design and deliver technical solutions supporting data integration and ETL processes.

  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to develop and optimize complex SQL queries.

  • Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and support Business Analysts during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Perform technical due diligence for system integrations, migrations, and decommissioning activities, producing actionable implementation plans.

  • Support the SIOP organization in building a Center of Excellence (COE).

  • Facilitate working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders, driving consensus on solution approach and system architecture.
Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Demand Planning (PP) and Supply Chain (MM).

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP tables and supply chain transactions, including purchasing and sales order processes.

  • Advanced expertise in SQL development and optimization.

  • Strong experience developing and debugging ABAP programs.

  • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.

  • Hands-on experience supporting ETL processes and integration tools.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA migrations and implementations.

  • Proven ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend modernization strategies.
