Job Description

We are working with Award Winning Commercial HVAC Company, looking to bring on an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. Specifically, they are looking for someone with previous experience working in an HVAC environment.

Requirements:

2+ years of Service Coordinator experience
Previous HVAC/Construction experience
Experience working with sales team
Excellent communication

Responsibilities:

Assisting in developing Planned Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) Proposals
Assisting in developing Replacement Proposals:
Creating Projects in Business Process Software / Purchase Orders:
Create Job Writeups and approve invoices
Updating Business Process Software Information for Clarification
