Solution Expert

Job Description
Our client is seeking Solution Experts to ensure the success of the product for their customers. This is cross functional and will support both pre-sales and post-sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Understand the needs of new customers and support the sales team with responses to RFPs and ultimately demonstrations to close the sale.
- Additionally support pilots for potential or active clients.
- Must have excellent presentation skills to present the product solution to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Will support the implementation team with technical expertise for onboarding clients.
- Work directly with customers to support integration and post implementation.
- Collaborate with the sales team and customers to gather and understand product needs and advise on the best solution.
- Manage feature suggestions for upgrades and better delivery in collaboration with Product Management.
- Be an expert on topics and share this knowledge with other internal teams.
- Guide the Product Management team through the initial phase to ensure it meets the needs of the customer.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and own the projects to implement these changes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience and ability to mentor.
- Technology prowess combined with client interactive experience.
- Strong practical application presentation skills.
- Experience managing both Pre-sales and Post-sales processes.
- Confident and outstanding communication.
- Technical experiences with Jira, Confluence, AWS, and RFID desired.
- Able and willing to travel 30% of the time, domestically or internationally.
