Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts.
5 Axis experience
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Select tooling, make machine adjustments, and ensure parts meet specifications.
Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Complete routine machine maintenance and keep equipment running efficiently.
Follow ISO quality standards, Lean manufacturing practices, and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of CNC machining experience (setup and operation).
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with Assistance. and work in a manufacturing environment.
