Senior Process Engineer
Salary:115-130k DOE
About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Process Engineer who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges and making a real impact on production. This is a key role supporting advanced process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a focused environment. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead advanced process troubleshooting and provide hands-on support to the production team
Train and mentor process technicians and engineering staff
Use scientific methods and data-driven approaches to develop and optimize process parameters
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and output
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to recommend design and process enhancements
Support process validation and transfer to production
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in Thermal Molding(Injection Molding experience also considered)
A hands-on, floor-oriented engineer who enjoys being involved in real-time problem solving
Solid mechanical mindset with a focus on manufacturing processes
Experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and data analysis
Strong background in plastics processing
Preferred Qualifications
Lean Manufacturing experience (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt a plus)
Proven track record of continuous improvement initiatives
