Job Description
Job title: Sr. DevOps Developer
Roles & Responsibilities
- DEVOps, AWS, Azure, Java, Python, Jenkins Support responsibilities for developing/troubleshooting a solution for our in-house application
- You will be interacting with clients all over the globe on need basis
- Debug and do RCA
- Understand the code flow and application functions
- Understand the points/replication steps given by the L1 team
- Correct the existing code if required which should be well designed, testable, efficient code
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications along with the company specification.
- Capable of creating RCA
- Capable of writing Unix shell script programs
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
- SLA adherence with respect to keeping clients happy
- Should be an excellent team player and should be able to take responsibility for the ticket
- Provide L2, L3 support for the issues escalated by the L1 team.
Required Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience
- 2+ years of experience on either AWS or Azure implementing CI/CD pipeline using terraform.
- Azure/AWS architecture certification is mandatory and preferred the Terraform Associate certification
- Experience in Kubernetes, service mesh, OpenShift experience a plus (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer Certification – Preferred)
- Knowledge of core cloud services a must including security, observability and resiliency with proven track record implementing and supporting IAC pipeline
- 2+ years of programming experience (python, java, go languages)
- 2+ years of experience in build CI/CD Pipelines using Gitlab/Jenkins/Azure DevOps
- Ideal candidate should have track record building blueprints/reusable module on either AWS/Azure using terraform and Infrastructure as code pipelines
