SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
The Panther Group has an immediate need for a System Administrator to manage and resolve incidents. This opportunity is onsite in the Washington, DC area.

The Panther Group has an immediate need for a System Administrator to manage and resolve incidents. This opportunity is onsite in the Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities:
- Review incidents to ensure they are properly categorized.
- Review incidents to ensure there are procedures to resolve the incidents.
- Support the creation of procedures for reoccurring incidents.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- CompTIA Security+ CE.
- 2+ Years of experience administering Windows Servers.
- Experience reviewing and organizing data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners and government officials.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Common Access Card (CAC) along with badge access to the customer’s facility.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a network account in good standing on the customer’s network.
- Experience with IVANTI Service Desk.
