Job Description
The Panther Group is seeking a Remote, W2 Contract (long term) Systems Analyst 3 with previous Learning Management Systems (LMS) experience working with one of our partners in state government.

- Previous Learning Management Systems experience
- We are implementing a new enterprise learning management system.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing/maintaining a Learning Management System including user management, content management, and system updates.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to bring others along with a new system implementation.
- As a Systems Analyst, they should possess knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems, applications, and various information technologies.
- They will have the ability to analyze systems and procedures, to write and revise standards and procedures, to communicate effectively, and to train others.
- The Learning Management System project will be a priority, but this Systems Analyst will also work on other OIT projects as needed.
- 5+ years related industry experience.
- Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent working experience in business analytics/communications.
- Organizational Change Management skills, ability to bring along stakeholders and end users within the project.
- Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle as well as the project development cycle
- Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to write clearly and effectively
- Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements for system design including advanced methodologies like story mapping, impact mapping, user story writing and refinement
- Experience writing queries and analyzing data
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
- Experience in writing and executing test plans with attention to detail and quality focus
