Technical Project Manager

Job Description
- Manage projects end-to-end by demonstrating strong project management skills and following project management standards
- Be the face of the organization and manage customer expectations on deliverables by regularly communicating with Client / Analysts / Developers / Testers and all other project stakeholders
- Lead team to develop, test, support and deploy, while keeping up with project processes and deadlines.
- Assist in creating proposals, RFP, bidding, estimation etc. for new opportunities
- Work in a multi-project environment and if required, own the responsibility of end to end delivery
- Adhere to best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies. Expert in waterfall and agile or hybrid frameworks and tools.
- Support existing application and provide best possible solution to Client problems
- Contribute to the recruitment process within the organization
- Reports into the Program Management and Governance structure
- Client facing is essential
- Overall Experience: 7 Years and above
- PMP and Agile Certifications are preferred not required
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong positive attitude and a demonstrated ability to accomplish complicated projects
- Self-motivated with leadership Skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Adaptability to work in a multi-project environment
