Electronics Repair Technician – 1st and 2nd Shift
We are hiring experienced Electronics Repair Technicians for our client in the Dallas, Texas area. In this role, you will conduct testing, troubleshooting, and component-level repair of printed circuit boards (PCBs), radio antennas, and amplifier transmitters in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong soldering skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and experience working with electronic components and diagnostic equipment.
Schedule:
1st Shift -  Monday – Friday 6:00am - 2:45pm (3)
2nd Shift – Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:45 PM (2)

This role requires strong soldering skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and experience working with electronic components and diagnostic equipment.
Schedule:

2nd Shift – Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:45 PM (2)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic components and PCB assemblies.
- Diagnose and repair issues down to the component level.
- Perform thru-hole and surface-mount soldering and de-soldering.
- Read and interpret schematic diagrams and technical documentation.
- Utilize test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and volt meters.
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy in completing repair orders and assigned projects.
- Enter repair and testing data accurately into computer systems.
- Handle electronic devices while following ESD standards and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety regulations and quality performance standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively in English.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with thru-hole and surface-mount soldering.
- Component-level soldering repair experience required.
- Experience testing, troubleshooting, and repairing PCBs at the component level.
- Ability to work with radio antennas and amplifier transmitters.
- Basic computer proficiency including data entry and navigation of applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Previous technical/electronics repair experience required.
- Ability to pass a Technical Aptitude Test, if applicable.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English; training is conducted in English.
- Safety-toe shoes required.
- Associate degree in Electronics, equivalent electronics certification, or equivalent hands-on work experience.
- Warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, push, pull, twist, and reach on a repetitive basis.
Pay $19.50/ hour 1st shift
Pay $21.45 / hour 2nd shiftÂ
