Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, assemble, and inspect RF microwave cables and connectors using proper materials, tools, and established procedures

  • Build electronic connectors and cable assemblies according to detailed work instructions and documentation

  • Follow quality standards to ensure finished products meet technical specifications

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Use precision tools and, when required, microscopes to perform detailed assembly work
What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Ability to perform assembly tasks with or without the use of a microscope

  • Comfort following written work instructions and technical documentation

  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills

  • Manual dexterity and steady hand for precision assembly work

  • Previous electronics, cable assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus
